TY Amber the cat

When I was around nine or ten, my Mum would take me to a local card and gift shop every fortnight to choose a new beanie baby, which were very popular at the time. I amassed an enormous collection but lost interest and they all got shoved into a box and were kept in my mum's garage. When I was younger, I was a huge fan of the TY beanie collection. I spent all my pocket money on these soft little teddies and and animals, building up quite a collection ready to dominate my room. Between my friends and I, I think me probably had most that were out at the time! The teddies come in all forms. When I turned 16 I went away to Oasis with my Mam and my Grandma, none of us had ever heard of Benaie Babies at this point however there was a lovely little shop selling them and I loved them at first sight. Beanie Babies were cvreated by Ty and they ended in the series in 1999 with The End bear however according to Ty due to public outcry they relaunched beanie babies with a new company name and a new hang tag logo and started over again with The Beginning Bear.
