T-Mobile charge calls to their customer service number at 50p per minute. Fair enough you might think - I won't have to call very often. The problem is, when you do, T-Mobile "conveniently" have a busy period so you're actually paying a small fortune for them to keep you waiting. At 750mins per month in the evnings, I find this offer worth it considering, on the average, it covers how much talk I need per month, especially off-peak. For the average worker, and even students, you're not really relaxed enough or keen to make so many calls during the day anyway. ...be loyal to the same operator as you. Can't deny the fact that I hesitate to call customer service though at the 50p per min rate. I think its ridiculous. It should be a lower once-off fee so we don't have to wait out T-mobile's customer service "busy periods". Haven't had much reception problems either since I got mine.
