Take That - The Circus Live Tour 2009

5 Years ago I never would have thought I'd be at a Take That concert, ever...but then I suppose neither did Take That themselves! I was a huge fan back when they started out, 17 years ago (yes 17 years how time flies!), in their lycra and codpieces. I had, and still have, a load of merchandise, every smash hits and Just 17 they every appeared in, and every album and single (on cassette) right up until they split in 1996. On 4th July I had the 'Greatest Day of My Life' (well evening actually, but you get my drift!) when I was lucky enough to see Take That at Wembley stadium. This is my third time of seeing 'the boys' but it was definitely the best show I have ever seen them perform. At Earls Court many years ago and at the O2 for their comeback tour they were brilliant, but this tour is absolutely out of this world. Even the most anti Take That person (if they exist!) could not fail to be wowed by this dazzling circus show complete with trapeze artists, high wire walkers, clowns, huge balloons and a cacophony ... more
