Advantages: Comprehensive cover, very low cost, good service

I was able to take out cover instantly on the website, received an email confirming cover was in place, and then the documents arrived a couple of days later. All very smooth. There was a question in my mind that it may not be worth insuring the phones at all when the network first quoted me, but the 8600 is very expensive to replace, and my kids are bound to break theirs. You get what you pay for!

Advantages: Slightly cheaper than average.
Disadvantages: Very poor customer services. Slow and incompetent repair service.

• Slightly cheaper than average. • Not a "Replacement as New" policy. Meaning they will try to fix your damaged phone or replace it with a second hand model rather than just give you a new one as most other insurers do at the same price. • They do not pay for couriers as most other insurers do at the same price. Instead they rely on the Royal Mail and YOU have to pay for postage. • Customer services are unprofessional, rude ...
