I had been to Taylor Taylor several times for both highlights and cuts and was always happy and grateful I'd found the perfect cutter. Then I had a disaster having had my hair dyed back to its natural colour (as I do in the winter) and was left sitting there with the dye on for about 15 mins longer than I was told it needed and it being almost black. I was nearly in tears and then taken to the sinks and had toner put on my scalp which burnt it (and ...
...over it to try and calm it. I was ushered out the shop with products to calm the colour and told to use washing up liquid to strip the hair. I then had a nightmare having any dealings with the manager, always so friendly on the phone but failed to call me back when he said he would. It took me to chase a few too many times and each time I had to remind him of the whole event as though he'd never heard it before I ended up with a free colour... and ...

One of the most amazing places in London. Not only to they deliver amazing cuts and highlights, but all the staff there are friendly - real genuine people. I have alopecia and my stylist was honest and proffesional and I left the salon walking tall. Every aspect was perfect and the price was pitence compared to west end 'expert celebrity salons' which I foolishly thought could help. The time put into my consultaion was stunning as I have been used to 45 and 30 minute apppointments. Taylor Taylor delivers glamour and luxury with kindness and profesionalism. Of course I recomend it to all! ...

I've been going to Taylor Taylor for a couple of years now, but had colour done there until recently. The whole experience has been awful. On the first visit the electricity went out, and the colouring was done with virtually no light, except for a few candles. When the lights came back on in the salon, I noticed that my hair colour was virtually unchanged. However, the light was still poor so I paid and then made a complaint. They agreed to correct ...
...I will never return to Taylor Taylor for a cut or colouring. In fairness to them, the salon have tried to compensate for their mistakes, however it's not enough for me. The salon is expensive and therefore they should get it right first time and not make silly mistakes. I will be going elsewhere in future. In summary I would recommend this place for a cut, but you'd be mad to go there for any kind of hair colouring. ...

Why do they have got a right to give us a hidden charge? I've had straightening system and treatment, my friend had highlights and hair cuts the other day, but I couldn't believe they changed our charge(50 each more than they asked before started)!! extremely expensive!! We know we're too shy to complain.. MOREOVER, my hair is already wavy and very very fragile.. wanna cry for thet. Another friend's gone to the new place on the same street down ...

...pleased I was after visiting Taylor Taylor near Spitalfields in London. I travelled with a friend from Manchester for a shopping trip, and cut and colour, we had read some good reviews from other sites but no other review did the salon justice. We were greeted with a cocktail as we arrived, from the very start the service was extrondinary, and the salon itself was unbelievable - chandeliers everywhere and a gold room where you get your hair washed!!! ...

The absolute worst salon experience ever. The colour and cut I received were not what I asked for and are completely unflattering. It will take months to recover and the ironic thing is that this experience was the most expensive salon visit I've had anywhere in the world (New York and Tokyo inlcuded)! The salon is completely disorganised - they keep you waiting, chat amongst themselves, and don't take the time to understand what their customers ...

i arrived late and when i entered was bit shocked at the sheer hectic environment of this place. i had a app. at lunchtime but the reception was buzzing like a bar. i was greeted with a smile but a hash reminder of how busy they were and that they would not normally accept late arrivals as they believe that every client should have their time never the less they made an exception as i was new! and boy am i glad.... despite the slight rushed consultation ...
...it was time for a change, having always been fooled by my friends, mother and hairdresser, that i looked good as a blond this wasn't the case,i have rosy cheeks and apparently recently discovered that i had a yellow undertone to my skin. this was a risk for the very abrupt stylist.... but in the rend i discovered that this was what i was paying for ....the truth!!! ...
