i am planning to buy a Sony laptop to Technoworld, but upto now i haven't decided yet if i will pursue it, considering i am planning an international shipping order and i am paying in cash. 1 thing that bothers me is that the phone number in their website is not accesible and their sales person emailed me a different phone number. anyway, DOES ANYBODY KNOWS WHY THEIR PHONE NUMBER IS DIFFERENT FRM WHAT THEIR SALES PERSON GAVE ME???? ...

I was buying a laptop for my son; not computer literate at all but had a few questions to ask and found the person on the other end of the phone to be very thorough and polite. I was looking for a new hard drive part for my HP Presario 2500 laptop, searched for online stores either they didn't have the item or after 30 minutes on hold they gave me a very unreasonable price almost the same price as the laptop itself. i ran into this one online store "Technoworld", the sales person said it was not available in stock so i said bye with a promise of a call back in an hour, they got back to me within 2 hours and i got my hard drive , the price was much cheaper, They even showed me how to replace it,very good shipping price also ...

I found myself able to order a laptop on line and was then contacted the following day by the firm saying that this model was discontinued - not true - and would I like another model. Having chosen the model as a result of research and reviews - of course I don't - and resent having my time wasted like this. ...

I have seen and read a lot of comments on www.technoworld.com on ciao, had to read them to decide as to how would I want to write my first review, but for entirely diferent reasons the company is simply great and as I said to one of their managers on the phone earlier today, if they can work on their website, a bit of marketing and some work on sales pitch they could easily blow the biggest names away! My experience with technoworld..well I would call it great ! I bought a projector from them few days back had selected delivery to be after two to three days of purchase so the projector was with me the third day ,There sales person called to inform the delivery date and conform if I was ok with delivery on that day, which I think is always very helpful. The website I must say is very easy to use but I don't really like the looks of the website ,well I guess all is ok as long as the job gets done.. I would definitely recommend technoworld . ...

Contrary to other reviews I didnt have any major problems other than the verification of my card, which boiled down to my credit card company not having my correct details despite me having called them thrice already. I placed my order at 5 p.m. receiving the cosnignment at 11 a.m. very very delighted and will surely be using them again. Overall very courteous service, quick and efficent delivery. I specifically like their prices on Toshiba machines (my purchase was for a 1B1) as most of the times it is much better than other prices being offered by other online resellers. One suggestion would be, and I am sure I have read this over some other website as well ...

Even paid premium Saturday delivery service but arrived late and received on Monday after phone call to them. They gave me a refund for delivery but was not refunded in full for delivery. Hi, I have just received my laptop, Sony Vaio CR31/Z from Technoworld and the superb way my transaction was handled made me write this new. I am a laptop lover and have previously placed my orders with other laptop sellers/wholesalers. Though I do not have any major complaints for any of them, yet the way I was dealt with by Technoworld made me look back and realize, Technoworld is the place I should have come to in the first place.
