I hate ironing, don’t you? It is the worst chore imaginable. Anyway, recently we had to replace our old iron with a new one. It was coming for ages. Every time we switched on the old iron, it used to trip a fuse in the house, and all the power would go off. I have a question for all you Ladies. What household chore do you really hate doing? I’m guessing that, you are shouting ‘IRONING’ at the top of your voice. Right then, may I suggest that you read this very carefully and add this item to the top of your Christmas wants list. Having to iron loads of pure cotton shirts every week is no joke.I bought this machine as it was recommended in a magazine which described it as the 'continental' way to iron,and supposedly much easier.I love it! Although much more expensive than an ordinary steam iron, mine was about £150, it is worth every penny.It glides effortlessly through materials like thick denim and pure cotton.Once you have used one of these machines you will never return to a standard iron.Probably the only drawback is it needs a little more storage space.I have been using this iron for nearly a year. ... more
