Advantages Advantages Addicting gameplay, constant rewards, massive worlds, scary bosses

Disadvantages Disadvantages No tutorial, not the best graphics

Advantages Advantages addictive, fun, different, new, visually great!

Disadvantages Disadvantages none so far - other than it took over my life when I first started playing it!

The general aim of the game is to explore the world around you, collecting materials and artifacts and building your own little castle/town/village - whatever you want ... more

Advantages Advantages Fun gameplay, Lot of content, Updated with new content and fixes often.

Disadvantages Disadvantages Space of land could be limited for some.

When I bought Terraria I was doubtful about the graphics and if the gameplay would compensate the way the game was made. As soon as I started to play the game for a while I even started to love the graphics. The game has its own style which is really original. The game is a 2D side - scroller. It is an action/adventure game, similar to Minecraft, I would say. The world is randomly generated and has different biomes. You start our with some basic tools such as a wooden pickaxe. You gather materials and you have to build to be save for the night when the zombies start to spawn. When you start ... more
