I found Tescocontractmobilephones.com by accident and liked the deals they were offering. based on the fact that they were Tesco I ordered a Nokia 5800 on O2 with a free iPod Nano and £25 cash back. The website will let you search on all the deals on offer by phone, network etc. and will also let you 'build' your own deal to suit and gives you a very good choice of gifts. Took them 3 days to inform me that my chosen model was no longer in stock, although in all fairness they did upgrade the phone to the next model up at no additional cost. However, they provide conflicting information on the website. One T&Cs states that gifts are despatched with the phone, another states 28 days; subject to completing a claim certificate and providing 2 forms of ID! My contract deal arrived with no documentation nor claim certificate, leaving me to find out (via contacting customer 'care') that they actually operate the latter gift system. As I write this I am still no closer to getting the 'free gift' I'm entitled to, leaving me with the impression this is an amateur operation at best!
