"i have been looking for ages for a madeira cake that is moist. having tried several recipes myself and each one turning out a bit dry and crumbly, i decided to have a look in tescos, whilst doing a quick shop. this cake is lovely and moist with a really tasty icing on the top, which is a bonus. i only wish i could make one like this. there is a list of ingredients on the back, but nothing out of the ordinary.
