Advantages: Looks nice,lots of space for child Disadvantages: sheets and matress more expensive,sides dont drop down
I thought buying a cot bed would be a good idea as when my little boy got older it could change into a bed and I wouldn't have to buy one.
Didn't think that if I have anymore kids Ive still got to buy another cot for the new baby so isnt really a money saver.
Really a good size with lots of room,only problem is matresses are more expensive and so are sheets and blankets.Bought this one from Tesco's, they didn't supply the matress and didn't stock ... ...looks nice in the nursery,but I think if I was to buy it again ,I would choose a normal size cot,because of the cost but I would recommend this one.
The sides and end come off to turn it into a bed and comes with a smaller foot board so the cot end can be replaced.
Base has two positions for a small baby you can raise the base but for a child that can sit and stand the base can be dropped to the lower level.Sides do not come down so can be a back ...

Advantages: The Cot Bed has an extended life (Birth - 7 years) Disadvantages: Takes a bit of getting used to when converted into Junior Bed
