Cant buy reduced items, only special offers

I only considered using an online supermarket because Tesco sent me a £10 voucher. As the cost of delivery is only £3 (more at weekends) it seemed worth having a go. It does take some time to navigate through the site so you need a shopping list before you start. They have special offer pages...

I am reviewing Tesco's disabled parking policy. I am disabled with a disabled badge and cannot find a parking space when I visit the Tesco store in Prescot. It's full of able bodied people. I have complained to your Head Office. Your company makes millions but you treat your customers with utter contempt. I have made a complaint to our local radio station. PS I spend £150 a week in your store.

Purchased a big bunch of Tulips last Monday which had been reduced from £10 down to £3 from Tesco in Aylesbury. It wasn't until today when I was clearing my purse out and looked at the receipt that I noticed I had been charged the full £10. So on my way home from work one week later (today) went back to the same store and was told that I should have kept the reduced sticker. I was also informed (in an almost smug way that this is their 'Policy') Even if I have it, it will be somewhere in the bottom of the bin. I came home and wanted to phone a Customer Service Person who I could complain to and the only telephone number that I could find was an automated one and as the topics didn't quite match what I wanted the phone message asked me to stay on line. Someone came to the phone and without even saying hello put the phone down and cut me off - this happened twice!!!! What should I do now? I actually feel like giving them my complete bin tomorrow but I don't think it would fit in my car.
