Due to an eating disorder, which is very slowly getting better after a recent relapse, I eat slightly below the average amount of calories per day. Since discovering that I am pregnant, it has shocked me into trying my best to eat more to avoid potentially damaging my child. I have found that fruit is a brilliant way to up my calories and sugar levels, but it is also very healthy, and won't cause me to gain any unwanted weight.
