    Advantages Advantages helps health

    Disadvantages Disadvantages not sure if it really is effective

    After recently having a few dizzy spells at work due to exhaustion, it really made me worry about my health. I am young but still I was overworking myself and not eating as well as I should be. This made me think that a good option to keep my iron and health levels up would be to take multivitamins. I recently found out a lot of people I know actually take these and I wasn't too sure how effective they'd be but just to keep me energetic and healthy I decided they weren't too pricey really.     Advantages Advantages Inexpensive and easy to swallow

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Lid not childproof

    Advantages Advantages Contain vitamins and Iron to help top you up

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Not sure if they are suitable for Vegetarians or whether they work!

    When it comes to vitamins they are something I try alot of on and off. I suffer with M.E and a thyroid condition, smoke and drink too much and eat an appalling diet! These multivitamins are the ones that I am taking at the moment, before these I was taking just the Tesco regular multivitamins and not these with Iron (please see the review of those I wrote way back if interested!) and the reason I didn't take these with the added benefits of Iron was because I had an eating disorder and I was told by my Doctor to avoid taking additional Iron as my body at the time couldn't absorb it.
