After a long day at work, feeling far too lazy to cook, I bought Tesco's Vegetable Bake from my local store. I found it in the chiller section with all the other vegi stuff. The vegi ready meals are all packed in green sleeves making it very easy to find which ones I can eat and more importantly which I can't. In terms of value for money I think this meal is excellent. It costs £1.55 for 380g which is a reasonable portion, although perhaps not quite enough for those with larger appetites.
