    Advantages Advantages Tastes so foul you won't eat it, hence, you lose weight.

    I adore prawn cocktail. I know some people look down their noses at it as it's one of those steakhouse type starters - the kind usually followed by steak, chips and peas then black forest gateaux but I love them and could happily eat them every day. In the chiller cabinet were two types of prawn cocktail - the regular version or the Healthy Living version. Normally I couldn't care two hoots about calories but Prawn Cocktail is quite saucy and therefore quite fattening so I checked out the labels of both.     I have been trying to be healthy , so when I went to Tesco's to buy myself some lunch I bought myself a low fat Prawn salad .I love prawns and thought this would make a nice healthy lunch. It is only 2 1/2 weightwatchers points. It claims to have 50% less fat than Tesco's standard prawn cocktail. Great I thought , until I tasted it, as well as having 50% less fat, it also has 50% less taste. I wish I hadn't bothered buying a healthy lunch, as I have ended up buying a packet of beef Hula Hoops to take away the taste and fill me up as I couldn't finish the prawn cocktail .
