Test Drive 4 (PC)

I bough this game as i like 4x4s. However, at the same time I bought a much more interesting item which drew my attention away from this game, a toothpick! This is by far the worst racing game ever to hit store shelves. The worst attempt at a game from Test Drive series ever and not worth playing for longer than half an hour ever. The graphics are terrible and slow even on a top of the range PC. The gameplay is attrocious with cliping and getting stuck at nothing. Although completely different racing games, Test Drive 4 has a lot in common with TOCA Touring Car Championship. They both have great graphics, a selection of great cars, and both look very appealing. Yet TD4 also shares many of TOCA's downsides - poor handling, incredible difficulty and a tendency to skid easily and exaggeratingly. Not content with equalling TOCA's cons, however, TD4 goes one step further and provides many of it's own. This game is a so called simulation to test the cars that are actually sold in reality. This game is not that good. It actually pretty much sucks. I bought thinking I was making a good deal because it was cheap and I was totally wrong. You never seem to be able to win a race. The computer always beats you and there is no two ways about it. I played twice ot three times in each stage and I was bored. The graphic resolution is in pixels so when you get close to thing, you can see these dam pixels. Not the mention the horrible control.
