...Lactaline. I far prefer the Avent electric pump. It's efficent, and not too noisy to use. You can use it singly or doubly with very little effort to change between them. The pumps are fitted with plastic cushions that make it far more comfortable to use than the Ameda. To use it, you can entirely chose how intense and how fast you want the pumping action to be. The handle on the main bottle has a lever, and you move this up and down at the desired ... ...One advantage of the Avent system is that all the bottles, pumps, teats etc all fit each other. We had some Avent bottles anyway, and they could be used seamlessly.
In my case, the "brain" as Avent calls the base unit, malfunctioned after a fortnight. I rang Avent, and they replaced the whole unit by express delivery. It arrived the next day, and the customer support people were extremely helpful and efficent. The bottles, pumps, and base unit are ...
