    Advantages Advantages The comic portrayal of Louis XI and his side-kick.

    Disadvantages Disadvantages For me, too much romance, and not enough plot.

    This book is the last one of a trilogy about Edward IV and his fictional mistress Anne de Bohun. I haven’t read the earlier books called The Innocent and The Exiled, and despite not knowing much about the history of this time, I found the plot easy to follow. Before this third book begins, Anne is already living in exile across the Channel. She fears not only for her safety, but also that of her son, who is apparently the first born son of Edward IV.
