I'm a great fan of the Body Sop's products, and their concealer has to be the best thing I buy from there. It gives my skin a natural finish and isn't too dry or oily. It blends in well and the colour is perfect on my skintone. I don't look 'made-up' when wearing this concealer. The perfect concealer looks invisible on the skin and covers up all imperfections like undereye circles, blemishes and uneven skintone. Here’s some tips on how to apply concealer for a natural finish: 1 Exfoliate skin regularly to eliminate dead skin cells (urgh!) which will even out the skin surface. 2 Apply ... more

Advantages Advantages good at covering up

    Disadvantages Disadvantages tad expensive

i suffer from ocasional spots and i really like to cover them up as they are usually emnbarrasing and bright red. i bought this cover-up from the body shop and it matched my skin tone quite well. i have mastered the art of using it though as if you ust blob it on it looks really obvious and fake. if you put some on then blend in with your finger, repeat if your spot is very bad then dab on soem poder or put your foundation or tinted moisturiser on top. your spots should be gone! i found that the body shop had a good range of colours, so i managed to find one that was almost like my skin tone ... more

    Advantages Advantages does the job

Disadvantages Disadvantages not for pale people

I have always been a great fan of the Body Shop's products, and naturally I tried out their make up range. Being a red head, I bought the palest concealer available, thinking that this would match my skin tone. To be honest, it does actually match my skin tone - but only if I wear it alone. As soon as I apply powder to set it, or if a wear foundation under it, it turns an unsightly orange colour on my face. Rather unfortunate for someone as pale as me. This product does have its advantages. For example, it does do the job, and conceals anything you put it on. It stays where you apply it too ... more

Advantages Advantages works well, good value for money

Disadvantages Disadvantages need to go to the Body Shop rather than ordinary chemists

I have always been very impressed with concealer that I have bought from the Body Shop. I rarely buy anything else from in there but I make a special effort to choose their concealer above that of other more well advertised brands. I find that the concealer performs its function effectively, covering well where applied, and remaining in tact all day. It is not too greasy like so many other concealers so it does not disappear as soon as you apply it. However, it is not too matte either, like other concealers which just end up leaving a horrible orange stripe on your face. The product is very ... more
