The Car Shop Northampton Car Supermarket

I recently bought a VW Passat from this place. It broke down on trip to Scotland within 2 months of having it. I took it back to workshop twice in the last couple of months and have to say that on both occasions I was less than impressed with their customer service. The first time the car was in to be checked for a clutch problem that became apparent when I broke down on a journey to Scotland in December. i bought my car on sat 09/01/2011 from car shop Northampton. I saw the car advertisement on internet They said Audi A4 2007 model has got leather seat and parking sensor on it. So i trusted them and i requested them to bring this car from Doncarster carshop. they showed me similar car at northampton branch without these extra features. All the similar models was on sale but the car i saw on internet was not discounted price because some extra features. Any way they pushed me to sign the paperwork and got the deposit. Bought my car from them 10 months ago - really wish I hadn't. Pushy car salesman and actually managed to sell me a VOLVO that is a lemon! Had Volvo's for years, never had problems like this. Luckily I purchased a £350 RAC warranty with the car, otherwise I'd be out of pocket £2.k and rising and haven't had it a year yet. Turns out it was a company car (always bad news) but they failed to tell me that - only found out by accident. I went to purchased a car at car shop the sellers who met me pretend to be friendly but under their smiles were a lot of deception. I was forced to purchase diamondbrite as well as warrant for the car and although I refused these product it was added deceitfully in my bill and I was not aware of it, after a day or so I check on my bill as I realised the bill was very high for the car that I purchased and found that this product was added although I refused it. I am extremely disappointed that Car shop sales personnel have effectively sold a car by way of a holding deposit, appx 5mins after confirming that they were collecting me from Hull station!!!! traveling all the way from London. At no time was I advised that someone had taken a deposit after it was all agreed I was making a purchase in full payment, with no finance> during the course of the night they were closed period from 8pm until early this morning.
