The Celestine Prophecy is a book who's sales seem to come more from personal introductions than from the 'Let's buy it and try it' spiritual crowd. On the good side this means that almost every reader of this book will have picked up someone else's copy first and read a bit or who has been encoraged to read it by word of mouth. ...get into this probably isn't the book for you. I found the storyline weakly written, the characters rather flat. But being wiccan and having a belief in omens and coincedences already, i found the underlying message to be quite wonderful. It reinforces the fact that we are not alone and that we have to learn to recognize the signs when they are sent to us. This book doesn't espouse religion but spirituality.
