Well you see I am always being invited to join in with a game of scrabble with friends , either online or at home and as this particular dictionary is the officially reference source for the board game I knew it would be a good choice above others I had seen advertised.. How may times , for example when writing ops. such as this , have you come to put finger to key , and thought , ‘oh hell, how do you spell xxxxx’ , where xxxxx is the relevant word . Most of us don’t even care , thinking how lucky we are to have spell checkers !
