The Chocolate Run is the 2nd novel by Dorothy Koomson. She is best known for her novel 'My Best Friends Girl' which was listed in the Richard & Judy Summer Reading selection. ...but once you get past the initial introductions it really starts to heat up!! Not only does this book make ur mouth salivate at all the mentioning of chocolate! This was the 3rd book I read by Dorothy Koomson, and after My Best Friend's Girl it was refreshing not to be sobbing through each page. This doesn't mean that this is just another run of the mill chick lit. It goes through some strong issues to do with friendship and really makes you question just how well you know the people around you.
