The Host is quite a complex book, as it talks about the human populations in crisis, human beings being taken over by silver, worm-like creatures from a planted years away from ours. Humans go into hiding from the creatures and think that they are all the same, he want to take every human being as the host. From the get-go I was gripped by the story. The plot was something new to me and I must admit, Stephenie Meyer is fast emerging as one of the best suspense-thriller authors in modern history. The premise of the story was good.
