...first of two books in the Kingmaker Kingbreaker trilogy was a good book. This is a book of forbidden love and forbidden magics. The characters were a bit under developed but the story was enough to keep you reading until you finished it. Miller really knows how to get you to understand the main characters feelings and often provokes sympathy to them all. There are some great twists in the book that just keep you reading on.
