Advantages: More adventures in the mystical world of Narnia
Disadvantages: Too Short!

The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe is the second in the recommended reading order of The Chronicles of Narnia, although the first to be written. Having finished the preceeding The Magician's Nephew I eagerly started this book. The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe has long been regarded as a classic of children's literature. The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe is the second of the seven books which make up the Chronicles of Narnia by C.S. Lewis, although it was actually the first one written. Disadvantages: Book is unput-downable (this isn't really a disadvantage).

I loved this and the other Narnia books as a child, my brother and I won a fancy dress contest as Aslan, him, and the White Witch, me. So, what with the movie coming out soon (today, I believe), I thought I'd re-read it as an adult. I picked it up and didn't put it down again until I'd read the whole thing several hours later. ...fanstic but leaves me with the problem of finding books suitable for her reading skills which she can understand with her life skills. A lover of all things magical and mystical, The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe has captured her imagination and led to endless hours recreating the exploits of Peter, Susan, Lucy and Edmund.
