"Mostly the service is fine and of course it's supposedly ethical. But try phoning or e-mailing to question something which appears erroneous on your bill.
1. they won't answer your email
2. if you phone they'll helpfully suggest (recorded message) that you email.
3. write a letter of complaint - ignored.
Oh well it was only a couple of pounds on the bill but I believe I'll have to go the whole hog and make a formal complaint.

I believe they're the only cooperative supplier out there
