...this one is set in the present day. It's a kind of alternate universe and centres around the district of Shibuya in Tokyo. The player is Neku, a disenfranchised teen who has mysteriously found himself in a game with unknown rules and unknown stakes and is forced to make partnerships with strangers to survive.
