Advantages: clear images, reliable. Disadvantages: external power supply; it's only 15"
I've been using the IBM L150 in work for a while now, so I reckon I'm in a good position to write a review.
The overall appearance is simple and functional. All the connectors are concealed within the case, keeping the appearance tidy, though it was a bit fiddly setting it up - but then I only had to do that once!
The power supply isn't built in, it's an external trailing lead jobbie, which means long cables and an unsightly black box which has ... ...simple to use, with four buttons - menu, left, right and enter. (oh, and there's an on/off button too!) allowing easy access to the usual brightnes, contrast, colour and position options. There's also an option to change the language to english, german, spanish, french or italian; and a useful 'information' option which displays screen resolution and refresh rate.
Using it for work means it's used between eight and ten hours a day, every day. I ...
