    Having recieved this game as part of a christmas present in 2003, its taken a while for me to find something like this where I can present a potential buying review for it. Mind you, with game creators always trying to outdo each other and their previous versions, I don't think many of you will set out to get your hands on a copy of Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2004. On one hand, the first thing you need to do is start by creating a player.     Where can I start on this amazing golf simulator brought to us by EA Sports? Many people criticise golf and don't feel that it is much of a sport (me included) But after playing this game i have looked a golf in a totally different light and have even tried some first hand experience on the course (with no success!)     INTRO. Didnt actually buy this game, but rented it from a choices video store, planned on renting it for a couple of days, ended up keeping it for nearly 2 weeks it was that good. Really enjoyed this game, but i tend to complete games quite quickly, so i tend not to buy them. DURABILITY. Gr8 game this, lots of different things to do, including a pga tour (play rounds of golf like the pros do) A world tour where you have to beat the top players 1 buy 1 to be master of different continents i.e asia/europe etc. Also lots of side games try to get near the flagstick off the tee, longest drive game ... more

    A few years ago I shared a house with a friend who was something of a demon at Tiger Woods 2004 - he would beat me into oblivion every night and despite my constant poundings I found the game strangely addictive and as soon as I moved out I bought a copy determined to practice until the day came when I could return to the former homestead and destroy my nemesis - in all honesty, after a month of playing the game I surpassed Tiger Woods and had attained something of a god like stature.     I can! I'm better than Tiger Woods in the game. Could never be in real life... but in the game yes! OK... i first played this game on my brother's PS2 and really enjoyed it, so much so that i had to get it for my xbox when I returned home! I spent hours playing with the 'attributes' feature, wchich allows you to personalise your playing character from the face shape, to body shape, and even the make up of female characters!     This is without a doubt on of the best games I've played this year. It has kept me entertained for hours, although can get somewhat annoying when you are stuck on the same guy. Was also cool making a character that you can really get to look like yourself. Had me and the boyfriend entertained for quite a while anyway. On the PGA Tour, the little money people were entertainingly bad, and are a good way to get your money up. If you can complete them all first then you can buy new statistics for your own character.
