Advantages Very Realistic
Disadvantages Sound can get annoying
Tiger woods PGA tour is one of the most realistic games I have ever played! This is the first serious sports game that has came along on the Wii. It is the first and most realistic sport game that I have played before. As you know the Wii is a completely different kind of way for gaming. It makes you get much more into the game. With this game it makes you feel like you really are playing golf. You have to use the wii remote to swing the golf club on the game. it is so sensitive when swinging the club. Once you press the back button then lay up for you shot. You can also practice swing before ...

Advantages The first serious sports game out for the Wii
Disadvantages Small movements can cost you dearly.
I have just bought myself the brand new Tiger Woods PGA Tour 07 for the Nintendo Wii. As I have currently owned the game for less than a day I wasn't keen to write a review on the game this early but as there wasn't one on the site I have decided to start the ball rolling and update continuously as I play my way through the game! I bought the game from Tesco and it set me back a fraction under 35pounds. This isn't bad as I expect most retailers to start selling the game at around 40! I brought the game streight home and quickly had myself in front of the TV Wii remote in hand ready for a quick ...

Advantages Gameplay,Multiplayer aspect, Graphics, Originality
Well we had a little glimpse of how gold could work on the wii through the wii golf, which was very basic but worked well. Tiger woods has taken all the positive things from wii golf and added a lot more!!! The wii remote is perfect for this game and it works a treat. Any slight movement and the ball are going to go well out of bounds. This is a very challenging game but it is also very playable. The graphics are decent but the game play is amazing. When you first start the game up, you go straight into a tutorial were you learn how to aim your swing and swing the club. That’s the basics and ...

Advantages V. Realistic, swing the club, great graphics
Disadvantages Hard for some
My husband and I bought a Nintendo Wii last year and for a while only had the Wii sports game for it. We loved the golf game as it was so realistic to play so when it came up to my husbands birthday I decided to buy him a new game and had heard good things about Tiger Woods Golf in other formats so decided to buy him one for the Wii. It was the same price as most of the other Wii games you can buy £35.99 which I think is a bit expensive but if you get the play out of them then it's not too bad. The first thing I noticed about this game is that it is a lot more realistic that the golf on the ...

Advantages Wii motion dectection and extensive game modes and unlockables
Disadvantages Motion controls can at times be a little off
The hugely popular EA sporting franchise has made its way to nintendo's wonder console the wii. Features setting this version of tiger woods 07 ahead of the xbox and playstation versions include the now compulsory wii motion controls. Hear in lies the games strengths and weaknesses. The motion controls add a new dimension to Tiger Woods and as such provide the game with more longevity, something that i found to be lacking from previous itterations of the franchise. After a few weeks even days of older Tiger Woods games it became alomost routine to bag par, a birdie, or even a hole in one. The ...

Being a child of the 80's i was very into Atari and Spectrum technology, by the days of the Commodore Amiga my interest began to wain. However, along cam the Nintendo Wii and my life is refreshed. Tiger Woods golf is a tour de force for golf fans, consisting of stacks of photo realistic golf course from around the globe, stacks of characters to select, a plethora of game options and a decent career course to follow. The Wii controller actions are unique and clever and work well with the console and my 37" TV Great game

Advantages Look no further golfers...The best golf gamelpay experience in the world!
Disadvantages You can become too hooked on this game!
Firstly i rented out Tiger Woods 08. It was good. But whilst at a friends house i played tiger woods 07. The game play is exceptional, commentary is good. You can play with up to two players, play career mode and even practice with a training feature. i played this game first on the Xbox 360 and was mesmerised. But the game play on my Wii topped any game i have ever played. People who are not even the slightest interested in golf can enjoy this game. this game is enjoyable for all ages and certainly the best golf game ever invented....by far! Please note if you have played Tiger Woods 06 ...

Advantages New control system
Disadvantages Same old game modes
After reading some mixed reviews of the first golf game to hit the Wii I was really put off buying this game. I was worried that it was just going to be a the old Woodsy with a difficult control system. I was very much wrong, ok it is the same old game but it looks as good as ever and the use of the Wii-mote as your club brings the game playing experience to a whole new level. There is no greater thrill than hitting a hole in one and knowing that you didn't just press the correct buttons, every intricacy of your swing is picked up by the Wii-mote and makes the experience much more rewarding. I ...

Advantages Realistic gameplay, Fun
Disadvantages Average Visuals, poor instruction manual
Tiger woods 07 is a very realistic game for the Wii more so than Wii sports golf because of the graphics i would have to say. The controls are so easy to use as you have to hold the wii remote like a golf club and then swing as you would when you are actually playing golf on a real course its fantastic. however the courses and players which feature in the game arent that easy on the eye as they are fairly blury and not up to standard of the ps3. however there are a wide range of courses and golfers to choose from so you can play with your favourite golfer on your favourite course. another ...
