...years ago I purchased a Time AMD Duron 700 Mhz PC. Initially I was overjoyed with the performance of the machine, but this was short lived! After only 5 weeks of having the PC numerous problems began to emerge. Crashing and the 'blue screen of death' became an every day occurence. Thankfully, Time had supplied me with a reload cd, which was practically worn out by the time I had finished. It was nothing for my PC to crash up to 5 times in an hour ...

...and it was bought from Time Computers. Fairly recently it started going really slow and i had to boot it a few times. My computer is still under gaurantee, so the reason for me trying to fix it was because i had heard so many horror stories about how when computers are sent away they keep them for ages, make the computers worse and even give you the wrong computer back. Also i hear that when you phone up customer support that they keep you holding ...

I bought a computer off time about 18 months ago now. Within hours it was crashing locking up & generally not working. I was on the phone to there customer services every 20 mins or so. after a week of this they agreed to take it back to have a look at it. 3 weeks later it came back with a note saying it was OK. Again within hours it was doing the same crashing etc. So again I phone and got the same fob offs (reformat this reload that) after another ...
...I have had plenty of time to review the computer as they alow you 2 weeks to check it over & that I must be at fault, and that they would have a look at it but I would have to pay all cost of postage(£28 each way). I phoned and explained that although I bought the computer 5 weeks ago I had only had it for 2 week as they had had it for 3 weeks, again they had to put this to a manager. Of which none had arrived for any of the collections they were meant to make.
