A number of years ago when I first started using aromatherapy oils it was to burn them in this cute oil burner that I had bought. Yes - It was a phase that I went through until one day I had forgotten about them. It wasnt then until the last two years that I re-discovered the power in this form of natural remedy! I was studying very hard for exams, was very stressed out, hadnt been sleeping well at all when a lady that I was babysitting for recommended ... ...that it would sooth and relax me - However she did not instruct me to burn it in an oil burner. Instead she told me that she puts a 2-3 drops on the childs pillow before he goes to sleep and that this relaxes the child and he normally sleeps right through the night.
