About: My sister got into Japanese anime and manga a few years ago, and ended up giving me what she had of the Tokyo mew mew manga volumes. I am not into anime and mangas really myself, or books of any kind, but I did find this a nice read and always admired the art work every time I read it. I've read a lot of manga in my time, and I can honestly say I've found Tokyo Mew Mew to be pretty good. The graphics are rich, the plot line inspiring. It's one of those books that you can't help but want to buy. It's innocent, with no sexual scenes or pervertedness. There are nude transformations, but only the figure is shown. After reading this book, I was compelled to buy the next volume--and the next and the next. I was sooo sad when the series finally had to end. Mothers--this book is child and teen friendly.
