    Advantages Advantages Very nice illustrations, light hearted, well made

    About: My sister got into Japanese anime and manga a few years ago, and ended up giving me what she had of the Tokyo mew mew manga volumes. I am not into anime and mangas really myself, or books of any kind, but I did find this a nice read and always admired the art work every time I read it. What is Tokyo Mew Mew? : Tokyo Mew Mew is the title of a japanese anime (cartoon) and a manga (cartoon book). The TV series and book are based on the same story line but they do have their differences, as does every book that is turned into a show or movie.     Advantages Advantages Child and Teen friendly/Handles adult issues but in a way that's presentable to children

    Disadvantages Disadvantages I wish they'd made the series longer than the eight books

    I've read a lot of manga in my time, and I can honestly say I've found Tokyo Mew Mew to be pretty good. The graphics are rich, the plot line inspiring. It's one of those books that you can't help but want to buy. It's innocent, with no sexual scenes or pervertedness. There are nude transformations, but only the figure is shown. After reading this book, I was compelled to buy the next volume--and the next and the next. I was sooo sad when the series finally had to end. Mothers--this book is child and teen friendly.
