The Tom Tom ONE XL Europe is one of the easiest car navigation devices to use. It is mostly self explainatry but if you are unsure how to use it, the manual is very specific and very easy to understand. In my opinion the actual software that is installed on it is excellent. This was bought for me as a present because Ihave to travel for work alot, generally at night and I cannot believe I managed for so long with only a road atlas. The setup was quick and easy and was literally ready to use out of the box. Programming journeys can be by postcode or street name and so far I have not had a destination not found. The Tom Tom ONE XL Europe is, in my opinion, a very good way of getting around. For someone who has a terrible sense of direction and a distinct inability to read maps and road signs this is an essential. I found it easy to use, with straightforward menu's and instructions and clear audio to ensure I wasn't distracted from the road. Always a bonus!!!
