...had been made on this Tommee Tippee one which also said that it had suddenly stopped working. It worries me that an item which is so essential and important as a steriliser can suddenly just stop working. I therefore don't recommend it and suggest that you avoid this one at all costs. It looked like a real bargain as it claimed to sterilise in just 5 minutes and came with free Closer to Nature bottles so we thought we would buy this one and try it. The steriliser overall is fairly decent- it holds 6 bottles although this is quite a tight squeeze so we just tended to do 4 at a time. I agree that this steriliser is very easy to use and easy to clean etc etc. However, it doesn't last very long. After 8 months, the lock/ handle on the cover started to melt. Now my baby is 9 and half months and the steriliser has given up completely. It seems the seal has failed and water is leaking and causing power cut in the house when I try to turn it on to sterilise bottles. Now I am looking for a new one. ...

This steriliser is great. Its very easy to use it has a rack on the top and round slots on the bottom to fit the bottles in. Its a bit of a squeeze fitting 6 wide neck bottles in but they do fit. Just put 80ml of water in the bottom and press the button, it tells you what stage its at starting with H for heating, S for sterilising and C for cooling all this takes around 6-7 minutes.
