I have been off school since my exams in June, most days I hung out with friends or worked at the hotel but then other's I was quite ill, so I'd spend quite a bit of time on my laptop, just searching the web and a lot of these I came across. ...is a review of my TOP TEN BLOGS but rather than launch straight in to the list, I thought I'd provide an overview of what a blog actually is .
HISTORY
Back in the late 1990s there was only a sprinkling of sites that we now recognise as blogs (web-logs). These sites took on the form of lists of URLS that the blogger (the person who writes the blog) liked.

There are sooo many good blogs out there, that my number 10, is an honourable mention section:
www.retrotogo.com - "retro" inspired products, everything from fashion, interior accessories and even houses!
www.switchedonset.com - by the same guys as retro to go, but with a "modern" ... ...French blog with all the things that a trendy girl needs to know
www.popgadget.net - because women who like technology aren't all geeks! Technology blog written for women by women.
www.shinyshiny.tv - similar to popgadget, with a geekshop!

My Top 10 websites Here's my personal top 10 websites, i will be writing my personal description of the sit advantages and as nothing is perfect the disadvantages too. I hope you find this useful.
1) Website: www.google.com
Without a doubt i must put Google as my number one it is my and many others home page probably as it makes internet browsing so much easier the search engine is very powerful and quick. If i dont know a website ,cant remember ... ...sponsored links are at the top which a usual website that ask you for money. When downloading some software for example mozzila firefox you have to download the Google tool bar which gets annoying.
2) Website: www.msn.com
Another hugely popular site that has a huge amount of users, make your own account, and you get an email address and the infamous msn instant messenger which is part of a teenager essential kit. From this website you can do near ...

On top of that, I am a professional web designer and need to be aware of what's going on. As a result, I visit hundreds of sites per week for no reason other than they're there and I want to see what they look like and what technology they are using.
In each of the above categories, there are sites I return to again and again, many on a daily (or even several times daily) basis. So, in no particular order, here are my top ... ...it sold mostly just the top 100 CDs and had a very small back catalogue. That catalogue has been constantly expanding, however, and they now have quite a decent range of old material to choose from.
They have also started selling DVDs recently, but not using them I can't speak for their quality, range or price.
I do know that I've had loads of CDs from them and they have arrived in record time from all corners of the globe in quality, secure packaging. ...

° I often get asked how I can spend so much time on the world wide web, mainly by the bill payer of the family, my darling husband!! Ahem! He is in bad books today so I'll quit the DH and maybe make him an SH. No offence intended, oooo, sarcasm so early on in my opinion???! One of my favourite websites has to be Þ Freefonefun..... www.freefonefun.co.uk Select the technical help forum for all the latest true tones, polyphonic tones, games, themes, ... ...a few you didn't. It's a free site (waheeey!) so Jamster may one day retire if we spread the word. They do ask for a donation, and although not entirely necessary, you're free to donate any amount to keep the site (FFF) going.
There's home made tones and stuff along with the latest Jamster tones and papers, 3Gp video's, hilarious SMS jokes and help for every phone imaginable. Here I spend at least 25% of my online time.

All web surfers have their own favourite websites. I generally visit these websites at least once a day, because the ones that I have chosen are updated regularly, and some even have their own message boards which are active and full of posts. I know I'm boring, but I spend half my life online. No, really. In fact, I probably spend three quarters of my life online. Mainly surfing these websites. I got internet access 6 years ago, and have been inseperable from my computer ever since. If it wasn't so big and pointy it could come to bed with me! Seriously, my computer goes on as soon as I get up in the morning, and gets switched off as I go ... ...or something. So, my top 10 websites. It was real hard to narrow it down to 10...
