The things that most people look for in a good quality DVD player are the picture quality, the sound quailty, the appearance and also price. On all these 4 counts the SD220E comes out with very high marks. ...get great functionality and the Toshiba badge (I feel a lot more confident buying a product by a make I've heard of). For a long time I viewed the DVD market with scepticism, then came this mid-range budget player and my whole viewpoint changed.
