Toshiba are also very good when it comes to customer support, I had one sent back due to a faulty motherboard and the process from start to finish was pleasent - good communications, fast service. The only trouble is trying to navigate round their website to find things like contact numbers! Thats there the Forum comes in, regular member activity to point you in the right direction.

Advantages: Lots of Features, easy to use Disadvantages: Not many
This is an amazingly great laptop - my brother recently purchased one on from an online laptop shop.
We bought it because my friend had one and I fell in love with it's easy-to-use features, and it's good looks instantly - even a begginer could navigate his/her way through it!
It's outsandinly easy to use (coming from a frequent laptop user,) and it has MANY great features. These features are including: lots of free software included - like an ... ...and, like most people crave, an MP3 player. It also has a lot of memory which is obviously a must have. I'm glad I bought it now, and I reccomend you guys to do so to - that's if you already havn't - you do not know what your missing out on without it! ...
