TotalPDA.co.uk

While there was nothing wrong with the product itself, I had nothing but problems dealing with TotalPDA. After paying and receiving the product, they had a problem with their card payment system (as it eventually turned out) and sold my details to Debt Collection Agency to chase me for payment. Imagine buying something like Satnav, paying for it using credit card, receiving it and month later, getting Debt collectors sending letter threatening court action unless you pay (which you already did). It took couple of months to sort it all out. Next time I'll use Amazon, it would only have cost 10 quid more. Never again, TotalPDA! ...

My friend let me borrow his on a few ocasions and it was so easy to use took me exactly where i wanted to go. Not at any point did it try and lead me down, no entry roads or dirt tracks. it was straight to the destination. ...

I ordered from france a pda. they say it would be delivered in 3 working days max. I mailed them several times at the second day after the order (day 0), seeing nothing special on their site to tell is my order was sent. And the thrid day I decided to cancel, just after my cancellation order, they told me it was sent and gave me a city link number, 1 hour after thay told me it was cancelled and gave the order to city link to bring back the order... ...
...still not refunded, they don't answer to my emails asking they to refund me. But now, the 15 july the item is now refunded. Anyway, lack of communication, and not very fast to answer my emails So, they took my money, sent the device, cancel the expedition of it, got it back and did'nt refund me, and they don't answer to my claims. ...

Response to Stephane Martin Girard from Totalpda. Total PDA received a web order from Mr Girard on the 1st of July. His item was despatched on the 2nd July and he was emailed with his consignment number to track his goods. On the 3rd of July Mr Girard emailed to cancel his order even though it was already in the delivery hub in France. Through constant email communication between our Customer Service team and Mr Girard, he was advised, and agreed with, the terms that his refund would be completed upon the receipt of his order back to our warehouse. We have yet to receive this order back and are chasing it with our couriers. ...
