I bought my Yaris in May 2000 and have been pleasantly surprised by it's performance. My previous car was a Honda Civic - the sporty looking type and very low to the ground. I bought my Toyota yaris 1.3 vvt-i in April of last year so have been forming my opinion since. Importantly this opinion is a most positive one. I had always rather fancied a Yaris, something about the little japanese cars that appealed. So not being overly flush I invested in an eclipse black used Yaris (2002 reg) for the princely sum of £5900, you would pay less if you bought privately but I preferred to get it as an 'approved used' just in case. ...

Driving this car in the 6-door cdx version, was an experience to say that, first opinion, yaris yay but i quickly changed my mind when I stepped inside. The space of this little car is just amazing, lots of room for a 6 foot driver and a passenger to fit in nicely behind them. If you look closely at this car you will find lots and lots of pockets, I don't think I keep that much in my own car I would have to find things to fill these pockets with, ...
