They had tea and coffee facilities in the waiting room and also a tv and magazines, newspapers etc. There was also a viewing window which i thought was a great touch - i could see exactly what they were doing to my car! Delivery time 7am - no problem. ...in temperature! So all in all a very negative experience with this dealership, rather a shame for them too - as there are a number of other toyota dealerships within not too many miles! The Car in Front may be a Toyota, but it probably isn't from Ropley! ...
