Tresemme Thermal Recovery Replenishing Shampoo

I love trying out new cosmetics, especially if they are on offer. When I saw this new TRESemme Thermal Recovery Replenishing Shampoo at half price (£1.95 for 500ml) I had to buy it. This was in August last year and even with regular use, I still have about 1/4 of the bottle left. I didn’t only buy this product because of the offer. I am very cruel to my hair, which is a shame really as its one of my best features! It is very thick and has a natural wave to it. This means that I can either straighten or curl it fairly easily. I dye my hair every couple of months, I straighten it and when the mood takes me I use heated rollers or tongs to curl it. This results in a very dry frizzy affect which I don't find particularly appealing. My hair has been feeling quite dry lately which isn't the nicest feeling and so I thought maybe a temporary change of shampoo to one with repairing qualities might be beneficial. I was in Boots but know there are some shampoo brands that just aren't for me which is why I really studied the repairing shampoos out there. In the end, I decided that the Tresemme Thermal Recovery looked like it was quite good, I know a few people that have given praise to the Tresemme brand and up until now I had never thought about using it but I am always fine to try a new brand once before making an opinion. This is a pretty bog standard product and did nothing extraordinary for my hair. I have used Tresemme products in the past and found them to be above average but I would say this product is completely average. I also find I need to wash my hair more often than normal when using this product and my hair isnt particularly manageable. I think it may have some thermal recovery qualities to it, but it has however faded my coloured hair quite a bit.
