Trixie Dog Toy Oinking Latex Pig

As most people know by now, I love to spoil my dogs. They actually have their own toy box next to their baskets which is currently overflowing with their many toys. One of their recent favourite toys is their Oinking Latex Pig. The Pig The Oinking Latex Pig is pretty much what it name states. The pig I bought is pink in colour and obviously made of latex. When I saw these toys online, I decided to buy one as it looked like a durable toy and I liked the sound of it. Like most dogs, my dogs absolutely love noisy toys, whether they rattle, squeek.. or in this case, oink! This toy, as you can see from the picture above is designed to look like quite an ugly pig, lol. The pig has a large, wrinkled snout, beady little eyes and pointed ears, which like the snout are raised from the toy rather than being drawn on, which adds some different textures to the toy and it gives the dogs something to hold it by/chew on. I am the proud owner of two lovely collie cross pups named Milo and Mia. Being a year old, they absolutely adore chasing each other round the garden with a toy in tow. These Trixie pig dog toys were purchased as a gift for my dogs from a friend, I was given one in each colour, a grey and a pink. These toys come in two sizes, 17cm and 23cm. For anyone who hasn't read my other toy reviews, I have the star dog for testing out toy durability - misty the border collie who destroys anything she is given within minutes. The Pig The pig is made out of thick latex rubber and has a smooth feel to it. the particular pig I purchased was a grey one, but they also come in pink. The creators have obviously put some thought into the design, as the pig's face is absolutely brilliant, with two big ears, small black eyes, a wrinkled nose and an open mouth to make it look like it is permanently oinking! Our dog has a huge range of various assortments of doggy toys - some he likes more than he does others. He has had a Trixie Dog Toy Oinking Pig in bright pink now for about eighteen months and it is one of his favourites. With a lot of his toys he seems to lose interest very quickly indeed but with his Trixie Pig he still has an interest in it and likes to carry it around inside his mouth for ages, gently squeezing it between his teeth and making the pig make an oink sound. Great oinking pig, an ultimate toy for my Dog. I found him playing with the pig the whole day. It's his favorite for a long time. Solid-made, very durable, funny original sound. I will recommend it for every owner of a dog. Preferably grey, because rose one look weird in my opinion. Disadvantage is the high price, but it must worth the money paid for it. Note that the pig is China-made, though it's very well-made and seems reliable and durable. My dog tried to cut off the pig's ears but never succeed.
