Multi-purpose spycam has only limited use

AdvantagesSmall,multi-purpose

DisadvantagesLimited use because of un-logical and missing control functions

"...mini spycam 300 XS from Trust looks handy at first sight, but turns out to be of limited use for the puspose you might want to use it for. Not uncommon for Trust-products in general. As a webcam permanently connected to your computer, it works fine, but when using it as a 'photo' camera outside of the house, it REALLY start irritating you. Here is a list of problems I experienced: - The camera only takes a picture in perfect circumstances. ..." Read review

Quite a Snap

AdvantagesHandy, Slinky and Easy to Use

DisadvantagesLack of Features and picture quality

"I bought this camera from Ethel Austins, about a year ago, and I only paid about £10.00 for it. It looked really good on the shelf, and I thought that it was worth buying; mainly because it was really reasonably priced, the other reason was because it looked really cool. I got the camera home, and read through the manual; which I must add is very limited. I was expecting to have to read lots of instructions before I could use the camera properely. ..." Read review

you get what you pay for and linux driver info

Advantagescheap, light, durable, fun, webcam and digicam

Disadvantagesno flash, feels cheap, pictures of poor quality

"I bought the spycam last year and it seems a good little purchase really. All i was after was a webcam but this was only £15 extra so i thought what the hell and bought it. It takes pictures in resolutions going up to 640x480 and the quality is quite good in day light, but not good at all in the dark or in doors. Its internal memory holds a good few pictures and can even hold short animations, but cannot be upgraded and is lost if the batterys ..." Read review

For this price, it's not toooo bad

AdvantagesSmall, Slick and Stylish

DisadvantagesLow MP, low picture quality, lack of functions

"I bought this camera for about 15 quid inc P&P and i must say it's not the best camera you would go for if you have a bigger budget. MP wise, the camera is low in resolution. Something like those web cameras you use for video conferencing. But as a cheap camera it's quite handy and functional if you just want to click and snap pictures for leisure. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy it if you are looking for a decent camera to go travelling ..." Read review
