    Advantages Advantages Nice warm feeling inside

    The Product: Tudor Rose is a malt flavoured British wine, it has a rather sweet and fine mellow taste to it. This british wine can come in either a medium or a cream taste, i prefer the cream as the medium tastes quite acid-y or sometimes like vinegar. Some wines have special ingredients with slight cherry or apple tastes to them, but Tudor Rose cream is simply a sweet sherry type with a nice full bodied mellow taste.     Advantages Advantages Metal screw cap, nice sweet taste of barley. Very more-ish.

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Not good chilled, with ice or as a mixer.

    To start with, anyone who is looking for a slightly cheaper alternative to cream sherry will be disappointed: While the taste of cream sherry ranges from the slightly antiseptic, oaky real stuff to the cloying, syrupy stuff intended for the British market, Tudor Rose has a pleasant taste of barley. That's not to say it's bad. In fact it's very good. Overall the taste is pleasantly sweet and a good sip at any time. Cream sherry drinkers who like myself may drink chilled or with ice or mixed with lemonade or cranberry juice on the rocks will similarly be disappointed. Tudor Rose just doesn't ... more
