    Very good service - if only all internet reatailers were this reliable. I would definitely recommend this shop. Bought a Panasonic Lumix TZ5. The price was not the cheapest advertised on the net but was still pretty competitive, especially with the 2 year guarantee they offer. I received a courtesy call shortly after I placed the order and was notified by e-mail at every stage of the order process. Camera arived the next day as promised.

    I phoned to check that they had the item in stock first, which they had. I have learnt from past experiences that some websites don't always update their stock information. Anyway, after a phone call, I ordered online a Nikon D40 flash and was very happy when it arrived the next day! Excellent service guys! Thankyou!

    The sevice was the best i have ever had. I ordered a panasonic fx35 it was a new release on friday the 7th of march i ordered it at 4pm that day and it arrived saturday morning. What more could you ask for. The camara is excellent nice clear shots inside in low light and outside. It is nice and easy to use. The only thing that i thought could have been better was that you dont get a power lead to charge it you have to take the battery out of the camera. But you can buy an AC adapter

    I booked late afternoon on Friday and opted for the 1-2 day service expecting the 2 working days to start Monday. I got an email back within the hour to say my goods had been despatched. On checking the the delivery number on RM web site first thing Monday morning, it told me my goods had arrived at the delivery office and was out for delivery. Goods arrived 10am Monday. Excelent service, all goods arrived well packaged, i will definatly look to buy again, and would have no hesitation in recomending this site.

    BIG THUMBS UP FOR UKDIGITALCAMERAS! I'm always careful about ordering on line, having already been burnt a couple of times. Thankfully this experience was a dream. I ordered online and immediately received a confirmation email, they even telephoned me the next day because I incorrectly entered my credit card details. The following day my nice new Panasonic LX3 camera arrived in the post. Three or four days later I realised it should have come with a camera strap, I e-mailed them explaining it was never in the box, they immediately agreed to post it.     What a fantastic experience I have had with this company, thier customer services are second to none..I ordered a camera at 3.30pm and it was at my address at 8.00am the next morning, not only that you get an E.mail of dispatch and a tracking No so you know exactly when your order will arrive, what more could you ask, and how professional is that? Unfortunately the camera was not up to my expectations (makers problem) the guys on customer services were fantastic and Soooooo helpful, I duly returned the camera for a different make, a Sony DSC-150 and am thrilled to bits with it......So all in ... more

    Could not fault if I tried!! I ordered online through their website, a couple of hours later I received a phone call confirming the order had been processed. Next day 8.30 am, my camera was here. Well packaged and as described. Very good experience dealing with ukdigitalcameras, I just wish other sites were similar!!

    I ordered a garmin zumo 550 from this supplier as it was the cheapest i could find. All thanks to Chris and the team for helping out. The next morning at 10am I was in receipt of my purchase and that was to N. Ireland. Great service and would use them again no problem.

    I received a very fast and helpful reply to a query about a camera via e-mail. Later that day I bought the camera (the cheapest price found online and across stores) at around 5pm and it arrived in brilliantly protective packaging by 11:30am the following morning. I was able to track its exact movement. I am very pleased with the product and confident that any problems that might have arisen would have been dealt with swiftly.     This is the first time I used UK Digital Cameras to purchase a product and I would like to say that the service has been excellent. I ordered 2 cameras - a Panasonic TZ5 and a Canon Powershot A470. I ordered from on Tuesday at 4 pm and they were both delivered at 12 noon the next day. That's incredible! I was able to track the delivery progress on line. The cameras are just what I wanted and packaged in first class condition.
