    1 Star Great idea on paper but it works poorly 18/04/2012

    Advantages Advantages None - you better buying a local pay as you go SIM & a cheap phone and use SMS LISTO instead!

    I bought myself a Uk2abroad Sim card for the USA for £25 plus another £25 pre-paid credit charge and found that the service doesn't really do what the promises it does. After using trialling it for 2 weeks, I can report the following negative points: - the UK calls get redirected to your Uk2abroad SIM yes, but the quality of the line is very bad, particularly for those on the UK side of the line. - the UK calls get redirected to your Uk2abroad SIM but the called ID doesn't get displayed so they all look like unknown numbers. - there are some hidden charges, so, once abroad, you are required to ... more
