    How many women are happy with their figures? Certainly I know a lot who would like to be a bit trimmer, be able to see a definite waistline, get into skirts and trousers that are tight, get rid of those love handles! Bet you know some too! I don't do diets, I would never stick to them, so don't see the point in trying. I do try to eat healthily, but still put on inches were I don't want them. I go to a salon and use the exercise beds as I was going to join a gym when I retired but because of a leg problem the physio suggested I should leave it for a while, so I use the beds and they tone but ... more

    I am forever on the quest to rid myself of my fatty bits, lumpy bumpy bottom and thighs, not to mention my flabby tummy and jelly upper arms. Over the years I have tried so many different diets and slimming aids. Some of them have worked (for a time) but most of them haven't and once I go back to my old ways of eating (and drinking) the weight just piles back on again and I get so depressed about it I just reach out for another cream cake or bar of chocolate.     The first glimpses of summer brought home to me the enormity (in every sense) of my pale and slightly ‘spongy’ thighs…I’m trying to be delicate here for those of a weak disposition, but the sad truth is there was nothing delicate about my thighs.     I had this wrap done at my local salon to help myself feel a little more confident before a wedding. It cost £45. The application of the wra is very strange; you basically stand in your pants and let someone wrap warm, sandy-feeling bandages around you like a mummy! Once they are all aplied, it is quite difficult to move, but they help you into a silver plastic top and trousers so you don't get cold, and leave you to let the bandages do their magic (I read a magazine to avoid getting bored).     Well I just had one for the first time, wasn't sure what to expect although had done some internet research beforehand. The salon I went to was not very nice, the room where I was wrapped was small, cold, damp and the floor was freezing cold(feel sorry for anyone going there for a massage or facial as it really was not very professional at all). After I undressed I was measured all over and I had a thin layer of clay put directly on my body then was wrapped tightly all over with the grey mud soaked bandages.     This is an exelent way to lose unwanted cm fast and feel great with vissible results direct after the wrap.
